Tré Adams
I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University after earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers, group homes, respite care, and community behavioral health programs. My experience also includes supporting individuals navigating substance use recovery, mental health challenges, and successful community reintegration following incarceration.
My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered, strengths-based care. I believe healing begins within a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space that empowers individuals to explore challenges, recognize their resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Every person’s story is unique, and I am passionate about helping clients discover their inherent strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and purpose. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and encouragement as you move toward healing and the life you envision.
