I help clients reconnect with their strengths, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lives that feel meaningful and grounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, shaped by more than a decade of experience supporting children, adults, older adults, and families in both clinical and caregiving settings.

I specialize in ACT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, and positive psychology, supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, grief, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their inner world at their own pace.

My practice is neurodivergent‑affirming, and I have extensive experience supporting autistic and ADHD clients, including those exploring late‑identified neurodivergence. I help clients understand their nervous system, reduce masking, and build lives that honor their strengths.

I also bring years of experience working with youth, adults, older adults, and caregivers. I support clients navigating aging‑related transitions, chronic illness, caregiver stress, trauma, grief, and shifting family roles with compassion and respect.

****As a spouse of a law enforcement officer, I understand the unique stressors, culture, and emotional demands of the field. I am trained to support First Responders across the East and West Valley, offering a grounded, confidential space to process cumulative stress, identity shifts, and the impact of high‑intensity work.

Clients describe me as steady, compassionate, and practical. Whether you’re healing from trauma, exploring neurodivergence, navigating aging or life reorientation, or seeking healthier relationships, I offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
