Angela Eldredge, LAC
Angela Eldredge is a Licensed Associate Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in anxiety, emotional regulation, attachment, and support for neurodivergent individuals. Her approach is person-centered, relational, and somatic, integrating Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), mindfulness, Gestalt techniques, expressive and creative interventions, DBT-informed skills, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support both emotional and nervous system healing.
Angela understands that not all experiences can be expressed through words. Emotions often show up in the body, in behavior, or in patterns that can feel confusing or overwhelming. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world through connection, curiosity, and creativity. Whether engaging a child through play and movement or supporting an adult in developing awareness of emotional and body-based patterns, Angela meets each person where they are.
With a background in yoga and mindfulness, Angela thoughtfully incorporates gentle, body-based practices when appropriate to support grounding and connection. Her work is particularly supportive for individuals navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and attachment-related challenges. She also partners with caregivers to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and build confidence in supporting their child’s emotional needs.
Angela’s style is warm, attuned, and engaging, blending creativity with a strong clinical foundation to support meaningful, lasting change.
