Chelsey Saperstein, LAC
Meet Chelsey Saperstein, a dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor. Chelsey brings years of experience working as a school counselor and is a passionate advocate for education, mental health, and the well-being of adolescents and young adults.
Chelsey understands the unique challenges that come with adolescence and young adulthood, including navigating identity, relationships, school, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and the many pressures that can come with growing into adulthood. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and individualized, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
With a background in education and counseling, Chelsey has a particular passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate the challenges they face both inside and outside of school. She believes in meeting each client where they are and working collaboratively to help them build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, better understand themselves, and move toward the life they want.
Chelsey is also a proud Jewish therapist and recognizes the importance of having a therapist who understands the cultural and personal experiences that can come with being Jewish. In today's world, many Jewish individuals are experiencing increased stress, fear, uncertainty, and questions surrounding their identity and connection to their community. Chelsey welcomes Jewish clients of all ages who are looking for a space to process these experiences and explore what being Jewish means to them.
Whether you are an adolescent struggling with school or anxiety, a young adult navigating a major life transition, or someone looking for support around identity, relationships, or the challenges of today's world, Chelsey is committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
