Stephanie Bingochoa, LAC
Stephanie Bingochoa is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a diverse background in mental and behavioral health. With over five years of experience, Stephanie has worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds and life circumstances.
Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and applies a flexible, client-centered therapeutic approach. Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Stephanie collaborates with clients to address their unique needs with dignity and respect.
In addition to private practice, Stephanie has experience working with state agencies and coordinating care for clients engaged with multiple providers and services. This includes supporting clients through a range of challenges, including emotional, mental, and relational difficulties, parenting stress, life-stage transitions, and more.
Stephanie is passionate about empowering adults and couples to navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and loss. She is also committed to helping clients discover additional community resources and supports to assist them in achieving their goals, whether they seek healing or personal growth.
