Kelly specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her areas of focus include relationship problems, conflict resolution, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Kelly practices through an eclectic framework, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of her client(s). Her unique and individualized approach to therapy draws upon a variety of modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Solution Focused theories.
She understands each person is as unique as their reasons for seeking support. Therefore, their treatment should be as individual as they are. Her experience includes working as a family court mediator, community mental health clinician and psychiatric social worker. Kelly is a licensed social worker (LCSW). She received a Master of Social Work with a focus in children, youth and families, from Arizona State University. She also has a BA degree in History and has worked as a teacher.
