Insurance

Be Well Counseling is contracted with many insurance providers. We have providers in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United/Optum, and Cigna. You will be responsible for the full fee if you are not covered by your insurance. It is also advised that you ask your insurance company if you need an authorization for treatment and what will be your expected co-pay.

We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).  If you choose to utilize Out-of-Network (OON) insurance benefits, we can provide a statement (superbill) to submit for reimbursement.  Please review your coverage with your insurance or benefits representative before your scheduled appointment.
