Jasmen employs an eclectic approach to therapy, which means she utilizes a variety of skills and techniques that best suit the needs of a specific client. She takes a tailored and holistic approach to therapy. Every client needs something different, and she works to provide that along the way.

Jasmen specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Motivational Interviewing Techniques (BMIT). She strives to incorporate these principles into your everyday life and relationships. Jasmen believes each person has the potential to build their own wellness and meet personal goals. Everyone is capable of growth, self-love, and healing. Her goal will be to help you take ownership of your treatment.

Jasmen is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UNC Charlotte. Jasmen has experience working with individual adults who may be going through life changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related events.
