Children, Adults, Couples, Trauma, EMDR

Kimberly uses a holistic approach with her clients. This means she will adjust the modality (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodrama) to fit the client she is working with, creating a unique treatment plan according to their needs. She creates a space that is comfortable and safe to be vulnerable and authentic while letting her clients know they are valid and valued. Kimberly aims to develop meaningful, genuine, and lasting therapeutic relationships that are filled with rigorous honesty and open discussions.

Kimberly enjoys helping individuals overcome obstacles in daily life, build self-worth and understand their own unique needs in order to improve their current circumstances. She also likes working with parents who are struggling to understand their strong-willed child, children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, individuals with depression, individuals developing their own identity, and families dealing with transitions or struggling to effectively communicate.

Kimberly graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Master of Social Work through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. Her undergraduate is a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University.
