Brie is a Licensed Associate Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She attended Radford University in Virginia and received her Master's in Counseling and Human Development – Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She provides services to adolescents (15+), adults, families, and couples. Her experience includes working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, adjustment disorders, attachment/relationship issues, family dynamic difficulty, trauma related struggles, and life transitions.
Brie is passionate about empowering and supporting clients from a person-centered perspective, allowing each person to explore and develop their own goals. Therapy is viewed as a team effort, and she provides a safe, caring, non-judgmental space to heal and grow. Her approaches primarily draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness. Clients are encouraged to challenge themselves and are guided toward self-acceptance through skill building. Brie is straightforward and open with clients as they tackle difficulties together, cultivating a brighter future.
