Skylar Ofili

Skylar truly believes therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all’ practice. She approaches every client with an open heart and mind, acknowledging and honoring one’s truth. She embraces a person-centered approach uniquely tailored to fit the needs of each individual client. She focuses heavily on the enneagram to understand her client’s perspective on the world and utilize that knowledge to provide the most thorough and compassionate care possible. It is her goal to provide a safe space for you to openly and honestly share your story.   Her areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, domestic violence, relationship issues, body image, grief, and self-esteem.
Skylar treats adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and solution focused therapy, she guides her clients to discover within themselves the ability to make positive changes that promote healing and well-being.
Skylar is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from Arizona State University. The majority of her experience involves working with people who have experienced anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual assault, and domestic violence.
